Mr. Richelson is an astute negotiator and seasoned trial attorney. He is a persuasive motion drafter and strong advocate in the courtroom. Gerald has assisted in the preparation for ten trials, sitting second chair twice, and first chair once. Likewise, he excels at structuring non-traditional settlement agreements between business entities, private individuals, and public regulatory entities.
He is equally skilled and adept at handling complex litigation matters, transactional matters, providing advice of counsel, and business structuring. His skills extend to, but are not restricted to, the substantive areas of shareholder, member, and partner rights, trade secrets, contract disputes, regulatory compliance, real estate, lending, employment law, professional liability, and fiduciary duties.
Partnered with David Millstein in giving a presentation titled Small Company Fraud and Breach of Fiduciary Duties at the CalCPA Fraud and Forensic Accounting Virtual Conference (March 2023).
